We loved the price and clean room. The hotel clerk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to Make us comfortable. The breakfast could have been better . That was the only thing that could have been improved. Lots of cameras . We felt safe .
Room was decent size for the price clean bed slept great good water pressure clean bathroom. The breakfast does leave something to be desired. We went down at 8:30 and food was already gone and breakfast is till nine. No one offered to make more and they could give more of a selection. No waffles no eggs they have cereal, muffins, sausage, and like the gravy when there are some.
It's not fancy, but it's got comfortable beds, breakfast and hot water!! Conveniently located a half a mile from the casino!
The staff make you feel like your at home.very clean rooms.
Shower was great with a handheld head, bench and never-ending hot water. The bed was very comfortable with big fluffy pillows. AC unit quickly adjusted the temperature in the room to a cozy state. Big screen tv. Only downfall - no coffee pot.
I had a very pleasant stay the breakfast leaves much to be desired but the overall stay was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful especially at night. I like the inside pool which is open from 9 to 9 I really liked that. So it's better than Motel 6 which is right cross the street
Right next to the Saracen gigantic Hotel and Casino. This place is nature friendly, at the back they have a seasonal garden, which they allow you to walk by and appreciate. Teresa at the front desk is very accommodating and none judgmental, I had my hair and clothes looking like a hot mess straight from the bums, she treated me kind. It is Indian owned, but they do not bother you at all unless you ask from them. I love the banana plants around planted, and there is a spirit of unity and peace and calm inside and around this place. 10's 10's 10's across the board. I am going to gift them my grape plant since I see that even in the inside pool they have accumulated edible plants which I think is just lovely. You won't find a place quite like this. Cheers ohh and the price is very affordable, mostly always cheaper than near by motels and hotels in the region.
This is one of the best hotels in Pine bluff. Ms Theresa was an excellent piece of the puzzle. From arriving at the location to checking out she was magnificent! Ms Amy was very helpful and professional as well. Hospitality staff was great, and available when needed. Although it was only 3 days...it was a great time! I'll definitely stay when I get back
